Did you ever have a kaleidoscope toy as a child? Well these quilts are just like looking through one of those! Utilising the pattern repeat with a large print fabric, you will learn how to accurately cut out your pieces and then have fun creating the magic and variety of squares when sewing them together.
Kaleidoscope quilts are magical, as you can never really know what your blocks will look like until you have cut your blocks.
You will need a length of fabric to give you a ‘four pattern repeat’. This allowed me to create a double sided quilt, but you can can make a single sided one if preferred. Full requirements will be provided on booking.
The day will run from 10am-3.30pm.
