Description
This is a relaxed, hand stitching day exploring the elements of goldwork embroidery to create the design shown in the picture.
By the end of the day, you will have tried the core techniques used in simple goldwork embroidery, including preparing metal threads, couching them in place, adding a little raised padding and creating small areas of sparkle and texture.
The cost of the workshop includes a full kit, so no further materials are required. If you would prefer a silver kit, then please indicate on your booking to ensure that these can be ordered in advance.
