Description
This course is all about working with leather to create your own hand stitched journal cover and then adding in your own hand dyed pages, resulting in your very own unique journal to fill with memories.
The first week will be focused on creating the patchwork pieces, learning how to sew them together and then moving on to dyeing the pages for your journal.
Homework will be to continue with working on the cover so that the second week of the course will be spent adding the journal fastening and learning how to sew in the pages. If time allows, the pages can also be decorated with hand embroidered edges.
Each session will run from 6.30pm-9.30pm. The price of the course includes all materials. Full details will be provided on booking.
